WHAT HAPPENS IF I SPOT AN ERROR IN MY ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Please make sure to check all customisation aspects in your order on screen and upon receiving your confirmation email. In case you spot a mistake, please contact us as soon as you can. Please note, we won’t be able to amend your design after 24 hours.

CAN I CONTACT YOUR OVER THE WEEKEND?

our office is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be acknowledged the following Monday at 9am. The 24 hours cancellation delay start when your order is acknowledged and accepted by our team.

I HAVE PREFERED PANTONE COLOURS THAT I’D LIKE TO BE USED TO PRINT MY ARTWORK

Not a problem at all. When receiving your order confirmation, just send us an email to [email protected] including your order number and let us know what are your preferred pantone colours.

I PAID FOR MORE COLOURS THAN ON MY ARTWORK

Prior to the print stage, our production team is matching the artwork with number of colours requested. If there is any mis-matched, you will be contacted within the next 24 hours.

CAN I SEE A SAMPLE OF MY PRODUCT FOR APPROVAL BEFORE PRODUCTION

we offer a final approval digital picture of the unprinted product at a cost. You will be able to check on the shape, bag colours, handles and options. This Digital Approval option is available at the checkout.

we are only using fabrics from local farmer:

  • cotton 8oz
  • canvas 11oz
  • jute 11oz
